The Hurma Project, Maristan, Rahmah Foundation and Dr. Mariam Sheibani will be holding a Learning Circle on Spiritual Abuse and Sexual Violence on Thursday evening (7 November, 6pm PST / 9pm EST).

We are deeply disturbed by the latest scandal of a criminal allegation against a popular American Quran teacher. But this incident cannot be viewed in isolation. Please join Dr. Ingrid Mattson, Dr. Sh. Rania Awaad, Sh. Rami Nsour, and Dr. Mariam Sheibani for a better understanding of how such abuses may happen and how each of us can contribute to safer communities.

Men and Women welcome. The event will be a Zoom Webinar and will offer an opportunity to pose questions to the panel anonymously.
